Awesome coverage, Alan. And you nailed it. The Nugs stream was absolutely stunning. I could not get to the Garden this week but watching on a 75 inch tv with the volume cranked was a fantastic consolation prize. Looking forward to doing it again tonight.
I just now saw some of the output from this show, specifically "Elizabeth Reed," and damn. Just damn.
Admittedly, the recording quality is exceptional, but that is a mature, professional, highly polished group, so true to the tunes, but as ever, each player given his own voice. ABB, in so many varied iterations, is without peer.
Derek was other-worldly. Joe Russo surprised me at how well he drove the band. Hot 'Lanta took me back to the Fillmore shows. It was all as close to vintage ABB as it gets. The Nobody Left to Run With slideshow brought tears. One hopes the band enjoyed it enough to do it again. Jaimoe's not getting any younger, and neither are we.
Great show🔥🔥🔥 it was cool seeing Jaimo behind stage shaking and shimmying while the band played on. I can’t see why they couldn’t continue the tradition every March at the Beacon🤔
Great post! All reports I've gotten from MSG attendee-friends and informed folks here provide same analysis: Fire from the band and collective spiritual energy in the room. With huge success of DeadCo, these guys gotta be thinking of a tour, or several residencies. Sheer quality of these musicians, the catalogue and overall vibe will make it a winner. Bring it on...
The show was fantastic. Though we miss Gregg, Dickey and all who are gone terribly, we are grateful that those who remain are keeping the spirit of the band alive and continuing their musical legacy for all of us to enjoy. Thanks for your exclusive coverage and awesome pics, Alan!
Alan - glad your post came in my email today to remind us all!
I am watching Night 2 on Nugs.net and they sound Superb!!! Man oh man - it sounds SO fresh and SO inspired!! Warren is just killing it on Gregg’s vocals and I was getting chills during Derek’s solo on Dreams. Every time I hear these classic songs, especially played live, I feel such comfort and joy!!
I’m SO glad Warren, Derek, Oteil, Marc, Reese and the others are playing with Jaimoe and Chuck, carrying on this great musical tradition! Duane, Gregg, Dickie, Berry, Butch and Woodie are looking down from Heaven, grooving with big smiles on their faces!!
The rendition of Nobody Left to Run with Anymore touched my soul. While they did a beautiful version and n stage, the jumbo screen played a montage of photos from the band members who left us too soon. Their music is in good hands.

Thanks Sam
IT WAS AN AWESOME SHOW!!!! Loved Into the Mystic and Walking on Gilded Splinters. The smiles on their faces was just heartwarming

Night 2 was glorious. Just wow! Let’s do it again!!
You bet it was great! Definitely fire.
How awesome. Does the band have any plans of touring. That would be huge.
Not that I know of. But they have to be considering it.

Was fortunate enough to have seen them 12)times ( Gregg Solo. 5 times and Dickie solo 1 times )
Clicking on all Cylinders.
I'm still amazed at how unpretentious ENLIGHTENED ROUGES..sonically are therapeutic. Road Goes On Into Blue Sky's
ABB RULES
The reunion was epic. They felt it and it was like lightning in a bottle. Inspired play by all. Lucky to be there. Best concert ever!! IMHO.
